Welcome to my new blog everyone! I have been asked by so many people how I stay so fit and have enough energy to stay active with having small children. Whether or not you're a parent, underweight, overweight, younger, older, male, female or whatever, I'm going to be giving tips, teqniques, recipes and advice on how to keep you more fit, get you on track and most importantly: feel healthy.
First thing is first though. Everyone needs to understand there is no miracle diet or pill that will give you the perfect body. These are crash diets and while they tend to work in losing weight in a quick amount if time, the weight will go back on as soon as you stop and they will leave you feeling hungry, sick, fatigued and irritable, among many other things. And let's face it, what good is looking good when you don't feel well?
I'll be answering questions along with my posts, so feel free to give me a shout out if you have anything you'd like answered. I will also do consultations, meal individual planning and personal training sessions for those who'd like additional assistance.
My rates are as follows:
*Meal planning session: $50. I will sit down and answer your questions and get a feel for what you like as well as any special diet needs. I will help you plan your meals so you are never starving and you don't feel like you're on a diet.
*Personal training session: $22/hourly or a 10 hour sessions for $200. We will go to your gym or in the warmer months, we can do sessions outside.
First initial personal training consultation is free.
